Jon F. Kottke, RetiredAbout JonDuring his distinguished legal career, Jon was consistently ranked as a Martindale-Hubble AV Preeminent Attorney. The AV Preeminent rating is the highest peer rating standard, and signifies that a large number of an attorney's peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards. Jon has also been designated a U.S. News "Best Lawyer" in the area of real estate. Throughout his practice Jon provided sound legal advice for local businesses and individuals in the areas of estate planning, real estate, business law and probate. Jon retired from the firm in 2022.
Community InvolvementIn 2017, Jon was awarded the Boulder Chamber of Commerce's Franny Reich Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing an outstanding individual for his legacy of exemplary business achievement and community impact. He has also been elected to the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame 2017.
Jon is active in the community and has served on boards and committees of the following organizations: Boulder Community Hospital and BCH Foundation, Chamber of Commerce, Boulder Rotary Club, YMCA, CU Alumni Association, Boy Scouts, Frasier Meadows Retirement Community, and First United Methodist Church.
