Graham FullerAbout GrahamGraham Fuller is an experienced civil law attorney who has argued cases as high as the Colorado Supreme Court. He received the prestigious AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2023, recognizing that Graham is part of an elite group of attorneys who have been rated highly by their peers as having Very High Ethical Standards and an A grade (4.5 or higher).
Graham moved to the Boulder area when he was 10 years old, leaving only to attend law school in New York City. Graham previously worked at Stone, Rosen & Fuller, P.C., and merged his practice into Kottke & Brantz in 2019. Graham enjoys working closely with clients to find results-oriented solutions to their legal issues, and often finds creative "outside the box" solutions other attorneys might ignore. Graham has extensive experience in real estate ownership disputes. Graham is also a part of Kottke & Brantz's estate planning group and prepares wills and other estate documents. Community InvolvementGraham has received a certificate recognizing him for completing 200-300 hours of volunteer legal services with local legal service providers in the Boulder county area. Additionally, Graham has developed specialized expertise in post-judgment collection, presenting a CLE on the topic to attorneys and taught a monthly collections clinic at the Boulder courthouse for pro se litigants.
Graham is heavily involved in Music and Theater. He has composed and produced musicals that have been performed along the Colorado front range and in New York City.
