About JocelynJocelyn has been helping businesses and individuals with their legal needs since 2007. She received the prestigious AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2023, recognizing that Jocelyn is part of an elite group of attorneys who have been rated highly by their peers as having Very High Ethical Standards and an A grade (4.5 or higher).
Jocelyn, a Boulder native, attended Harvard Law School and began her law practice at the #12 nationally ranked international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Boston, MA. Her practice focused on business transactions and corporate law. In 2015 she returned to her hometown and began practicing at Kottke & Brantz, LLC. Her current practice includes real estate and estate planning work, as well as business mergers & acquisitions, corporate formation and general legal advice. She enjoys acting in the role of “in house counsel” for many of her clients – providing on-demand legal advice on a variety of topics. Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Community InvolvementIn 2024 Jocelyn joined the Development committee of EFAA (Emergency Family Assistance Association) in Boulder.
Jocelyn has served as a troop leader and volunteer in the Girl Scouts since 2019 and enjoys mentoring the young girls who will be the leaders of tomorrow. Jocelyn served on the board of directors of PLAY Boulder from 2018-2020. EducationJD Harvard Law School, cum laude, 2007
